Shows what’s holding each deal.
For every deal: what the company already decided, what is new, who owns each open item, how long it has waited, and the one item holding the deal.
Intelligence is the baseline. Integrity is the moat. I don’t ship numbers I can’t defend.
Introduction
I studied because I wanted to understand why people and institutions make the decisions they make before I ever tried to make one myself. That curiosity pulled me toward analytics. Not spreadsheets for their own sake, but the belief that a model, run honestly, can tell you something true that instinct alone can’t.
By the time I got to UC San Diego’s Rady School for my MS in Business Analytics, I wanted to build the systems that were missing. Rady was missing one: a . Every peer program had one. We didn’t. So I built it. I recruited the founding members, wrote the structure, set the standards, and ran it as the first club of its kind at the school.
Around the same time I took on for the Rady Student Association: budgets, logistics, the hundred small decisions that make an event actually happen instead of just getting planned on paper.
If something ought to exist and doesn’t, that’s not a complaint. It’s a project.
Now I’m co-founder and COO of , the seller’s AI agent for B2B deals. I run operations and go-to-market. Same pattern as before: see the gap, build the thing that closes it, and let the results do the arguing.
Big deals rarely die in the pitch. They die waiting. Before signing, the buyer sends a list: a security questionnaire, a discount on a two-year term, changes to the liability cap, supplier forms. None of it is the rep’s to approve, and the reply waits for the slowest answer.
Girard splits that list into asks, gets each decision from the person who owns it, and hands the rep the answers and the paperwork.
For every deal: what the company already decided, what is new, who owns each open item, how long it has waited, and the one item holding the deal.
Security, legal, finance and product reply by email, Slack or Teams. New answers are drafted from the company’s own documents with a source on every claim, and only signed-off answers reach the buyer.
Every decision is kept and offered as precedent on the next deal, so the security owner answers the encryption question once, not on every questionnaire.

Notes on building Girard, analytics work, and shipping AI products.
If your deals wait on security, legal or finance, I’d like to hear about it. I’m also open to pilots, partnerships and pre-seed conversations.
